14-Day "Feel It Out" Window: Full refund if you cancel within 14 days of purchase, *before* your first session (minus 3% payment processing fees). Email remedyhaventrails@gmail.com with "Trails to Tranquil Cancellation" in the subject line.

After 14 Days or Post-Session Start: No cash refunds. Instead, we transition to credit toward future 'Trails to Tranquil' rounds, single Trail Sessions ($155 value each), or custom meditation recordings. Credit is valid for 12 months from your original purchase date.

Program Already Underway (Week 1+): Credit for unused sessions only (e.g., if you attended 4 of 12 sessions, you receive credit for 8 sessions at $91 each, totaling $728 value). Life happens—we get it. Credit keeps your path open.

Exceptions (Full Credit, No Questions): Full credit will be issued in cases of a medical emergency (doctor's note required), relocation making trail access impossible, or our cancellation due to unsafe weather/scheduling (extremely rare).

Missed Single Sessions: 24-hour notice required to reschedule (text/Voxer/email). No notice or late cancel (<24 hours): Session forfeited (no credit/refund). You receive 1 grace makeup per 4-week program if communicated early.

Can't Finish the Full 4 Weeks?: Credit issued for unused sessions at the program rate ($91/session value). Use within 6 months for single trail sessions, future programs, or custom recordings. No cash refunds once underway—your spot was reserved exclusively for you.

Trails to Tranquil Program/Session Cancellations:

Weather-Related (Most Common Reason): Lightning/thunder, extreme heat (>95°F), severe storms, ice: Immediate cancellation with full credit for that session. Light rain/cooler temps: Usually still happens (trail magic!), but you decide—full credit if you prefer to skip.

24+ hours notice for non-weather: Full credit or reschedule within the program container.
